Bigfork Summer Playhouse 2017
For their 58th season, the Bigfork Summer Playhouse offers a fantastic series of five rotating shows: The Marvelous Wonderettes, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Mamma Mia!, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and The Drowsy Chaperone.
In the late summer and early fall, the playhouse will finish their season with the musical extravaganza: Hits From the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s.
Montana Dragon Boat Festival
Join the fun at Montana’s 6th annual Dragon Boat Festival as teams from Montana, across the U.S. and Canada compete. Watch teams consisting of 20 paddlers, a steerer and a drummer race to the finish in 46-foot-long Hong Kong-style boats. See it here.
New this year is the Rocky Mountain Championship (RMC), an race division showcasing top dragon boat teams competing for the RMC medal.
Enjoy live music, children’s activities and a Made-in-Montana vendor fair. Food and beverage vendors will be onsite.
Don’t miss this free event on Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi River. The festival is expected to attract 3,000 spectators and 2,000 racers, drawing visitors from the Pacific Northwest and Canada, where the sport of Dragon Boat Racing has become increasingly popular.

Sweet Pickin’s is a family-run pumpkin path with an array of charming fall attractions for all ages. Step into a whimsical, autumn dream-land where treasured memories are made. Bring your family and friends to escape into a world of adventure and play.
Bike Your Park Day
Explore Northwest Montana’s parks and public lands by bicycle with thousands of others throughout the country on Bike Your Park Day. September 30 is also National Public Land Day and free entrance day in Glacier National Park and Lone Pine State Park next to Kalispell.

Pink Me Up! 1k/5k Color Celebration
The annual Pink Me Up! 1k/5k walk/run is a non-timed event with runners getting doused at several points along the course. It’s all about having fun with your friends and family while raising money for the Cancer Support Community and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle to remain cancer free.

Ghost Tours at the Conrad Mansion
Discover for yourself if spirits occupy the Conrad Mansion. Tours are led through rooms of the darkened Museum while hearing stories from staff and community members about their encounters with the Conrad family Spirits.
